Rescuing cool clothes from landfills since Quarantine 2020

You've seen the facts about how much we humans waste each year. For textiles, it was 11.15 MILLION TONS in 2017 in the US alone! That weight is equivalent to 55,000 blue whales, all going in US landfills, in a single year. So many products we need, like clothing, already exist in the world--we do not necessarily need to buy everything with the tags attached.

Enter Ozark Vintage Rescue. We are just a small operation in Northwest Arkansas that buys used, last-chance clothing to divert it from our local landfills. This is clothing that has been sold/donated and has been overlooked by other shoppers (which is incredibly easy to do when there are such huge quantities at used clothing stores.) 

We rescue it, clean it, and sell it to YOU: the customer who knows the value of a unique piece that isn't in the landfill because it is loved by YOU.
